Abstract submission and extended abstract

 

Please submit your abstract via e-mail. See the instructions (See below).
Note that the abstract is used for managing the technical sessions and does not appear in the abstract book.

Once the abstract is accepted, the author(s) are asked to submit the extended abstract and pay the registration fee. The payment is required to include the presentation(s) in the technical sessions.

Although the deadline has passed, there are still slots for the oral and poster presentations. If you are interested in the presentations at AFC 2023, please feel free to contact abstract@afc2023.org.

Abstract submission by e-mail

After you receive the acknowledgment from abstract@afc2023.org, you can submit your abstract by e-mail.
1. Please download the template file from the following site.
     Abstract template (word file)
2. Fill in the template file
3. Send your abstract to abstract@afc2023.org

Extended abstract submission

The extended abstracts are included in the program / abstract file.
Deadline for abstract: October 31, 2023 (tentative)

2. Prepare your extended abstract following the template.
3. Sumit your abstract through the registration website. You have to register before submitting your extended abstract.

 4. Do not send your extended abstract via mail. I appreciate your cooperation.
