The higashi-moran region in Muroran city, of which the population is approximately 80 thousand, is a compact downtown. All meeting sites are conveniently located in terms of public transportation.
"Kiran" hall in a lifelong learning center of Muroran is located next to a hotel ROUTEINN Grand Muroran, and it is just 10 min walk from Higashi-Muroran station.
We will have the plenary lectures and the welcome reception at "Kiran" hall on Dec 1, 2023 (Day 1).
The technical sessions on Days 2 and 3 will be held at Muroran Institute of Technology, a national university in Japan. It takes approximately 20 min by bus from Higashi-Muroran station.
The banquet will be held at Horaiden in downtown. It takes a 10 min walk from Higashi-Muroran station. Shuttle service from Muroran Institute of Technology to Horaiden after the technical sessions are planned. Details will be announced later.
