Travel
The closest international and domestic airport to Muroran is New Chito International Airport. They have frequent flights from major airports in Japan and flights from/to Asian cities.
They also have frequent transportation between Muroran and New Chito Airport. It takes 1.5 hours by limited express trains operated by JR Hokkaido.
Accomodation
Hotels are available in the Higashi-Muroran area. The participants are asked to book their rooms by themselves.
